White Chocolate Strawberry Ice Cream Bites

Ingredients

Ice Cream

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup of Simply Dessert White Chocolate Sugar-Free Pudding
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup of granulated monk fruit

Bites

  • 2 cups of chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup of sugar-free chocolate
  • Valentine’s Day Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients for the ice cream bites.
  • Place chopped strawberries in 10 silicone molds. Pour over ice cream and freeze overnight.
  • Cover in melted chocolate and decorate. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
