Virgin Piña Coladas with White Chocolate Coconut Cream

  • Add coconut cream, pineapple chunks with juice and ice to a blender and purée until smooth.
  • Pour into a serving glass with ice.
  • Add coconut milk and pudding mix to a mason jar with a lid and shake until frothy.
  • Pour the white chocolate coconut cream over the top of the piña colada and garnish with fresh pineapple and mint to serve.
