Virgin Piña Coladas with White Chocolate Coconut Cream

pineapple chunks in pineapple juice

Simply Desserts White Chocolate Pudding
Instructions
Add coconut cream, pineapple chunks with juice and ice to a blender and purée until smooth.
Pour into a serving glass with ice.
Add coconut milk and pudding mix to a mason jar with a lid and shake until frothy.
Pour the white chocolate coconut cream over the top of the piña colada and garnish with fresh pineapple and mint to serve.
