Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add in yolks, milk, vanilla extract and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites for 7-10 minutes, until super fluffy.
Carefully fold in the egg whites in the cake batter.
Pour into 3 greased baking dishes. In a 9x13 baking dish add 4 cups of water. Place the cake dishes inside and bake all together for 45 minutes.
Once baked let it cool down and add the toppings, enjoy!
