    Ingredients

    • 5 tbsp of all purpose gluten-free flour
    • 1 tbsp of Simply Dessert Sugar-Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix
    • 1 cup of whole milk
    • 4 tbsp of lemon juice
    • 3 yolks
    • 3 egg whites
    • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

    Topping

    • Powdered Monk Fruit
    • Whipped Cream
    • Valentine’s Day Sprinkles

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 350F.
    • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
    • Add in yolks, milk, vanilla extract and lemon juice.
    • In a separate bowl whisk the egg whites for 7-10 minutes, until super fluffy.
    • Carefully fold in the egg whites in the cake batter.
    • Pour into 3 greased baking dishes. In a 9x13 baking dish add 4 cups of water. Place the cake dishes inside and bake all together for 45 minutes.
    • Once baked let it cool down and add the toppings, enjoy!
